AIMS
The Institut de Formation sur l'Evaluation et le Droit de l'Immobilier et du Patrimoine (IFEDIP) provides, in liaison with national and local bodies, specialised teaching in theory and practice, which combines academics and professionals in the real estate valuation field.

ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Candidates for the Diploma in Real Estate Valuation must hold a Master's degree.
Notwithstanding, holders of a Bachelor's degree may be admitted by permission of the Diploma Director after having obtained the permission of the Diploma Director.
However, holders of a licence 3 in real estate can be admitted upon request of the director of the diploma after sending a letter of motivation, a curriculum vitae and, possibly, an interview with the director.
