- Initial training - Continuing education
- 1 year
This diploma aims to offer a specialisation in the field of the social and solidarity economy, which today raises particular problems in business law. However, these are only addressed at the margin in the classic LM curriculum.
The lessons will allow to approach all the fundamentals of the SSE law and in particular the functioning of the various structures of this sector: associations, foundations, endowment funds, cooperative societies, mutual societies, health, social and medico-social establishments...
Labour law, taxation, accounting, financing and comparative law will also find a place in order to offer a global approach of the sector.
