The University of Clermont Auvergne and the LESCORES laboratory are offering a 3-year doctoral contract as part of the project "Caring for work: a collective activity. Reconfigurations of multi-professional collaborations in the new prevention and occupational health services", financed by the program "Services, interventions and health-promoting policies" of the Institute for Public Health Research.

The doctoral student's thesis will focus on the modalities of multi-professional cooperation in occupational health and prevention services (SPST). In general, the challenge and ambition of this program is to understand the transformations in the functioning of these services, which combine occupational physicians, occupational health nurses, occupational risk prevention workers, ergonomists, psychologists, social service assistants, etc., in the perspective of the coming into force of law n°2021-1018 of August 2, 2021. The doctoral student will be required to: develop and administer a questionnaire survey to a representative sample of professionals working in occupational health and safety facilities; conduct a series of interviews with these same categories of professionals. Throughout the contract, the doctoral student will also assume tasks related to the promotion of research.
