    The main objective of the double degree Law - Art History is to train students with solid inter- and multidisciplinary skills. These dual skills can be highly valued, as they are rarely acquired together within the same training, in a future professional career.

  • TARGETED STUDENTS

    Candidates who hold the baccalaureate and who have passed the admission procedure.

  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION :

    Applicants will have to be admitted on Parcoursup obligatorily for the Double Licence Droit-Lettres Aix-Marseille, according to the procedure indicated on the platform for this double degree.

    1/ Applicants must be admitted on Parcoursup to the double degree Law-History of Art and Archaeology Aix-Marseille, according to the procedure indicated on the platform for this double degree.

    2/ Following the admission of the candidate to the double degree on the Parcoursup platform (following a pre-selection), the student will then have to pass a selection based on an admission oral.

    ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION : (in an administrative registration tab)

    1/ Following a favourable opinion for the double licence, the main registration will be done with the ALLSH component.

    2/ The student will then have to proceed to his second registration with the FDSP.

    The student will have to pay the ALLSH registration fee + the FDSP registration fee. This double registration in the two licences allows the validation of two diplomas simultaneously. Students who have obtained this double degree will be able to apply for Masters in Law and Masters in Art History

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    At the end of this double degree, the student will be able to mobilize the basic competencies of the law degree and those of the art history and archaeology degree, as well as the transversal and specific competencies of this double degree:

    Cross-cutting skills:

    Communicate in writing and orally in an academic and professional manner.
    Mastering digital tools
    Communicate orally and in writing in English or in another language.

    Specific skills

    Define the intellectual and technical design tasks of an exhibition, as well as the management of the works.
    Manage the artistic heritage of a company, community or personal property
    To link the evolution of the methods of analysis of the works and archaeological objects and their legal context (definition, implementation, clarification)
    To master multidisciplinary methods and tools, common to human and social sciences and law
    Identify an art object, qualify it in a legal and historical context, identify the problems and use one's theoretical knowledge in order to provide a practical solution
    Mobilize a general culture and apply it to the legal and artistic fields
