  • Initial training - Continuing education - Work-linked training
  • 1 year
  • Aix-en-Provence
  • AIMS

The aim of this course is to meet the large and growing need for managers responsible for a portfolio of professional customers (businesses) in credit institutions, insurance companies and investment firms. The aim is to train customer advisers in the traditional banking sector to work with professional customers, with a view to managing banking production in branches, a job that requires considerable prior specialisation. To this end, interested students and professionals must draw on a solid basic training in economics, law, marketing and management.

The content of the training provides an understanding of customers' needs (social assets built up by a company for the benefit of its employees). It must enable them to be satisfied by appropriate prescriptions from all suppliers of financial or property assets, insurance or other potential assets. At the end of the course, students and professionals should be able to integrate effectively into a banking team, or even manage it rapidly.
