    The objective of this training is to satisfy the important and growing needs of executives responsible for a portfolio of professional clients (companies) of credit institutions, insurance companies, investment firms. The aim is to train client advisors in traditional banking for professional clients, aiming at the management of banking production in the branch, a job that requires a high degree of specialisation. To this end, the students and professionals involved must have a solid basic training in economics, law, marketing and management.

    The content of the course will be based on the following

    The content of the training allows one to learn about the needs of customers (social assets constituted by a company for the benefit of its employees). It must enable them to satisfy these needs by means of adapted prescriptions to all suppliers of financial or real estate assets, insurance or other potential assets. At the end of the training, students and professionals should be able to effectively integrate into a banking team or even lead it quickly.

    The course is designed to help students and professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of banking.

    The integration of the Master 2 Banking and Professional Market Procedures is subject to the suspensive conditions of passing a Master 1 and obtaining a professionalization contract.

    The training is conducted under professionalization contracts in continuing education. There is no research orientation for the participants. The trainers on the other hand are mostly attached to the Centre de Droit Economique EA n°4224.

  • INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS

    The tutored projects take up two weeks in the fourth semester of the Master. They consist in carrying out a project on the organisation of banking production, in a team and according to methods defined by mutual agreement with the hierarchies of the training partners, who approve them each year during a selection committee. Examples of previous years' themes are: Developing the dual relationship, Managing commercial time, The online agency. The conclusion of each week will be a complete Human Resources and operational file.

  • SPECIFIC TEACHING CONDITIONS

    The training includes general and professional courses provided respectively by the University and the CFPB. By enrolling in the Master's Professional and Research Programme, students accept the principle of compulsory attendance at courses. Non-compliance with this principle prohibits the awarding of the diploma.

    The jury of the Master's degree course is responsible for the selection of the students.

    The jury of the Professional Master « Banking and Market Procedures for Professionals », is signed by the Dean of the Facultyé. It must include permanent and professional teachers. The teaching is delivered in a classroom setting with written material and powerpoint presentations. On some specific topics (banking communication, tutored projects) students work in groups. In these cases, the assessments have a collective character as well.
