AIMS
Acquire specialist knowledge of health law
The course will enable students to acquire the theoretical knowledge that is essential for practising in health institutions by addressing the various dimensions of the subject.

FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Students must have sufficient knowledge of the fundamental areas of public law (constitutional law, administrative law, etc.) and private law (civil law, criminal law, etc.)
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Students wishing to enrol in the health law specialism are advised to have some knowledge of European Union law and administrative or judicial litigation.
STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION
After a common first year, the Health Law major offers 2 distinct courses in the 2nd year. It is attached to the UMR 7268 ADES.
