As highlighted, among others, by the degradations discovered at Mont Valérien (December 13, 2021, graffiti "ANTIPaSS") or the Canadian-inspired "Freedom Convoys", the health crisis has raised, for almost three years, many political, legal, economic or societal questions. A framework is proposed for three half-days of study, which will follow one another within the framework of this conference.
