If, at first sight, public business law and energy law were to evolve independently of each other, this was without taking into account the phenomenon of energy transition we are currently experiencing. This phenomenon is re-interrogating entire areas of public business law, with public aid law, public contract law and the acquisition of assets by public bodies at the forefront. The aim of this conference is to take up these research questions, to offer food for thought and to reveal the details of a meeting between public business law and the energy transition.
