AIMS
The cultural and creative industries are governed by a specific legal framework. Performing arts, music, cinema, audiovisual, graphic arts, multimedia, video games, fashion and luxury goods are all sectors of activity that are dealt with specifically by several legal disciplines.
The CCIs are also confronted with a wide range of legal issues.
CCIs are also confronted with the unprecedented legal issues raised by digital technology and the uses it induces (content sharing on platforms, artificial intelligence, NFT, etc.).
As a result, professionals in the sectors concerned need specialised lawyers who are familiar with these regulations in all their diversity and complexity.
The Cultural and Creative Industries Law pathway is therefore aimed at students who wish to master these regulations, and who are preoccupied by the problems of the cultural and creative industries;s by the legal issues raised by digital culture and creation, with a view to practising law in the sectors concerned.
