AIMS
The training aims to develop a high level of competence in the various fundamental subjects of domestic public law. It is not only a matter of deepening a disciplinary mastery but above all of developing a high level of vision and a critical spirit, by putting the major disciplines of public law into perspective with their political, historical, sociological and economic context. The primary objective of the program is to introduce students to university research. In addition to this, there is a clear professional objective, as the program offers the possibility of direct professional integration thanks to the possibility of an internship, but also by allowing the acquisition of a general legal culture that is essential for the main administrative competitions and an "intelligence" of the legal relationship of public law, which can be used in an administrative or economic environment.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Master 1 in law or equivalent degree. The possibility of entering the M2 after obtaining a diploma from the Institute of Political Studies or a Master I in a non-legal discipline is subject to an examination of the equivalence of the training.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
It is recommended to have followed in-depth courses (with tutorials) in domestic public law during the Master 1, but also during the licence. An opening in the field of legal theory, private law or European and international law is also learnt.
