AIMS
The master's degree in public and private real estate law, unique in France for its transdisciplinary approach to the legal framework of real estate, aims to train lawyers specialised in real estate law, mastering the fundamental concepts and mechanisms of public and private real estate law, in all its fields.
The DIPP course aims to train high-level lawyers in private and administrative property law, land law, urban planning law, real estate development law, leases, and the law of the sea;We have a strong background in private and administrative property law, land law, urban planning law, real estate development law, leasing law, co-ownership law, private and public construction law, builders' liability law, construction insurance and real estate sales law.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Have taken several courses in the following subjects: private and/or public property law, law of obligations (contracts/liability), securities law, administrative law.
They are the most important subjects in the field of property law.

LEARNING AND RESEARCH
The DIPP course is largely nourished by the collective and individual work of the members of the research centre to which it is attached, almost all of whom are members of the teaching team. The teaching themes, the theoretical apparatus transmitted to the students and the practical cases that concretise the teaching provided are largely inspired and supported by this work.
The DIPP course has been developed in collaboration with the French Ministry of Education.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
The skills acquired by students in the DIPP program are essentially related to
the analysis, drafting and elaboration of legal and/or judicial files and documents related to real estate.

the preparation of operational files for both routine and complex real estate operations
the accompaniment of projects, the assessment of the legal feasibility of real estate operations.

Concrete advice based on practical situations.INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
In the DIPP program, semester 4 is devoted to an internship aimed at immersing the student in a company with a view to professionalizing him or her and developing a tutored project. This internship can be short, lasting at least one month, and will be sanctioned by the submission of an internship report, which accompanies the writing of a thesis; the internship can also be long, ideally lasting 6 months, and will be sanctioned in this case by the submission of a thesis.
SPECIFIC TEACHING CONDITIONS
Within the framework of the DIPP master's degree, each teacher is encouraged to confront students with real-life situations, either by solving concrete cases or analyzing files, or by confronting legal arguments, which they must develop on the basis of documents, such as, for example, expert reports on private works contracts.

Work-based training is possible (apprenticeship or professionalization contract), within the framework of the delocalized training in Courbevoie (in partnership with the École supérieure de l'Immobilier).
