    The master's degree in public and private real estate law, unique in France for its transdisciplinary approach to the issues of the legal framework for real estate, aims to train lawyers specialised in real estate law, with a mastery of the fundamental concepts and mechanisms of public and private real estate law, in all its fields.

    The aim of the DIPP course is to train high-level lawyers in private and administrative property law, land law, town planning law, property development law, tenancy law, co-ownership law, real estate law and the law of the State;tère, private and public construction contract law, builders' liability law, construction insurance or real estate sales law.

  • FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES

    Have taken several courses in the following subjects: private and/or public property law, law of obligations (contracts/liability), securities law, administrative law.

    They are the most important subjects in the field of property law.

    The DIPP program draws heavily on the collective and individual work of the members of the research center to which it belongs, almost all of whom are members of the teaching team. The teaching themes, the theoretical apparatus passed on to students and the case studies that give concrete form to the courses taught are largely inspired by and based on this work.
    The DIPP program is supported by the Laboratoire de droit immobilier et notarial privé et public (LDINPP).

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    The skills offered by the course:

    • Master the fundamentals of real estate law

    • Develop a critical awareness of knowledge at the interface of several fields (town planning and construction)

    • Develop expertise in the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate

    • Identify and analyse specialised resources to document a subject

  • INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS

    In the DIPP course, semester 4 is devoted to an internship designed to immerse students in a company with a view to professionalizing them. This work placement may be short, lasting a minimum of one month, and will culminate in the submission of a work placement report, together with a final dissertation;ESI (based in Courbevoie), the course is a compulsory sandwich course, culminating in the submission of a sandwich course report and a final dissertation.

  • SPECIFIC TEACHING CONDITIONS

    Within the framework of the DIPP master's degree, each lecturer is encouraged to confront the students with real-life situations, either through solutions to concrete cases or analyses of files, or through exercises in confronting legal arguments, which they must develop on the basis of documents, such as, for example, expert reports in private works contracts law.
