  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    This course is open from the 1st year Master's degree.

    Access is conditional on the submission of an application.

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    The structure of the mention is based on a first year common core (360 CM and 72h TD) and a course (M2) deepening the knowledge in the considered field. One of the special features is a global and progressive approach, by competences. The UEs and their constituent elements have been designed with a view to progressive specialisation, with a view to developing learning potential and cognitive skills.

  • KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED

    The knowledge acquired concerns social law. The training aims to reinforce and develop knowledge in labour law and social protection law. The objective is to ensure that students are able to analyse and process legal data, understand and know the procedures, and assess conflictual legal situations in order to deal with and anticipate litigation.

    The graduate will have to:

    - master the legislation and regulations in force,

    - interpreting legal texts,

    - advising on legal issues or on procedures for resolving disputes,

    - providing advice on the legal system,

    and

    - drafting acts,

    - monitoring the implementation of the law,

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    The skills acquired are multiple: documentary updates, mastery of massive and technical information, analytical skills, ability to synthesise, speaking skills, ability to communicate on subjects relating to social law.

    The graduate will have acquired the technique of case resolution. He/she will also be able to put practical issues into perspective in the legal, political and trade union environment that characterises it.

  • INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS

    The 1st year students have the opportunity to do an internship to immerse themselves in the professional world. The report produced will lead to the acquisition of credits.

    The 2nd year students will finalise their course with an internship of at least 1 month before the end of May.

  • SUPPORT FOR YOUR STUDIES ABROAD

    This diploma includes some modules of international social law and updating allowing the intervention of foreign guest professors.
