AIMS
The legislative and regulatory framework for the experimentation and deployment of "autonomous vehicles", resulting from the energy transition law of 17 August 2015, has been updated since 2018 with, in particular, the law of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses - known as the PACTE law - and the law on the orientation of mobility; The law has been updated since 2018, notably with the law of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses - known as the PACTE law - and the law on the orientation of mobility (LOM) of 24 December 2019. The application texts adopted in 2021 show the legal stakes of these new technologies, in particular in terms of liability, insurance and personal data.
The training course is designed to help companies to develop their business model and to improve their competitiveness.
By proposing a theoretical training course combined with a practical day of study of the vehicle "on the track", the present diploma is intended to train students in the use of the new technologies;The aim of this diploma is to train the operators of the sector on these new issues, whether they are students, lawyers, engineers, automotive experts or local authorities.

ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Master I in Law, Economics or Management, engineering degree or professional experience of at least 5 years, approved by the selection committee of the degree. Open to students in FI or FC.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
The courses given in the CESU will allow participants to acquire a base of technical and legal knowledge for the treatment of cases involving a vehicle with delegated driving.
At the end of the diploma, participants will be able to:

- Explain the European and international public policies
- Know the conditions for filing an application for authorization to experiment
- Define the civil and penal responsibilities in case of accident
- Understand and negotiate the car insurance contract of the vehicle equipped with driving delegation function
