    Passage to the second year is conditional on passing the Master's examination and obtaining an average of 12/20 or more in the tests relating to the specific DJCE courses. Students who have passed both exams have the right to enter one of the 5 specialities of the Master II in Business Law within the limit of 8 places per speciality.

    The Master II in Business Law is the only one of its kind in the world.

    Students can also take the DJCE in the second year provided they havehave been selected in one of the specialities used as a support for the second year of the DJCE.

    Access to the diploma is also possible in the second year for students who are admitted to one of the following five Masters 2:

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    During the second year, the DJCE students follow the teachings of the Master's speciality in which they are registered as well as the teachings specific to the DJCE.

    At the end of the second year, the students take the exams of the Master's speciality and those of the DJCE's specific courses. They can thus obtain two degrees. However, obtaining the DJCE is conditional on passing the Master's exams.

    The DJCE is not available in English.

    Students may also take the DJCE in the second year provided they havehave been selected in one of the specialities used as a support for the second year of the DJCE.

    Students entering the DJCE in their first year benefit in two ways. On the one hand, they benefit from additional teaching which may prove very useful for their practical training in the field of business law, and on the other hand, they can take part in a training course on business law;On the other hand, they will be able to enter one of the five specialities of the Professional Masters managed by the Institute of Business Law, without having to undergo a selection process.

    Total number of teaching weeks in the course :

    In the first year, students have 80 hours of teaching.
