AIMS
To enable in-house lawyers, employees of company directors, law firms or accounting firms to acquire specialised training in the field of employment law and human resources management.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Have a Master's degree in Law or equivalent or have a high level of professional experience in the field of Employment Law and Human Resources Management.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
In-depth knowledge of labour law and social protection law as well as basic knowledge of human resources management.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
Ability to apply knowledge gained to master labour relations management.
Ability to analyse and process basic legal cases.
Manage recruitment operations, know how to negotiate and draft employment contracts, manage them and know how to anticipate difficulties arising from their termination.
Ability to set up staff representative bodies and manage relations with the representatives.
Ability to manage the relations with the representatives.
Ability to manage the relations with the representatives.

Ability to manage conflicts in the workplace.
INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
Students are required to submit a research paper.
