The University of Reims Champagne Ardenne and the Centre d'études et de recherches sur les emplois et les professionnalisations (CEREP) are offering a full-time doctoral contract in sociology for a period of three years. This doctoral contract is entirely financed by the Grand Est region. It is also supported by the program of investments of the future (PIA) 4, call for expressions of interest (AMI) Skills and Trades of the Future (component 1), "Biosourced products and industrial biotechnologies", training / employment diagnosis of the sector carried by the Campus of Trades and Qualifications of Excellence BioecoAcademy Grand Est. This thesis proposes to highlight the challenges of professionalization of professionals in the bioeconomy sector.
