The doctoral student's mission is to analyze quality approaches and measure their impact on the people supported, professionals and pricing authorities. The research question will focus on the competitive construction of reputational effects on/by medico-social establishments and services (ESMS) from the perspective of evaluation systems.
The PhD student will benefit from a CIFRE program, supported by Handéo (scientific director: Cyril Desjeux), and co-supervised by Benoit Cret (University Professor in Sociology, UGA, PACTE) and Nicolas Guilhot (MCF in Management Sciences, Université Jean-Moulin Lyon 3, CRDMS).
