    The CESU Justice pénale des mineurs aims to provide an in-depth approach to the problems associated with delinquent children and child victims by drawing on legal disciplines (juvenile criminal law, criminal law, criminal procedure, civil law) and non-legal disciplines (sociology, criminology, psychology, psychology);nal des mineurs, droit pénal, proceacute;dure pénale, droit civil) and to the non-legal disciplines (sociology, criminology, psychology, psychiatry) necessary à la compréhension du phénomène.

  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    The CESU is open to students enrolled in a Master 1 in Law or higher law degrees (by application), and, by dérogation, to students in L2 or L3 in Law (by application).

    The Director of the CESU may, exceptionally, admit an enrolment
    dérogeant à these conditions.


    For those wishing to register for continuing education, the candidate will follow the normal procedure required by the continuing education department.

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    Courses will be delivered remotely. Two days of face-to-face workshops will be organised at the Aix site.

    Understanding the context in which juvenile delinquency occurs and mastering the responses made to it while respecting the rights of the child.

    Analysis of the situation of the minor victim and grasp of the various methods offered by the law to ensure his or her protection.
