1 Presentation of the system (summary)
The aim of this call is to help understand the causes of the difficulties encountered by the French Red Cross when opening new reception facilities for asylum seekers in France, the various factors affecting their social acceptability, and the levers for generating support and hospitality. What are the criteria (socio-economic, cultural, political...) affecting the acceptability to local populations and authorities of the installation of facilities designed to receive and house asylum seekers? What a priori criteria should be used to select a site for a new reception center?
