1 General framework of the scheme (ENM research prize)
The prize is awarded to two new PhDs in law or legal history for research carried out in the field of internal or comparative judicial practices or on the organization and functioning of justice.
2 Summary of eligibility requirements
Candidates must have defended their thesis between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022.
