The doctoral students of the Centre Jean Bodin are pleased to invite you to the fifth biannual colloquium of the laboratory's doctoral students. The 2023 edition will focus on the legal perspectives of absence. During the course of a day, we will follow a series of rather diversified interventions that question the interactions between the law and the absences that it may be confronted with, whether it be the absence of persons (in an electoral context, in a military context, etc.), the absence of legal rules vis-à-vis a given situation, etc.
