AIMS
The course trains business lawyers who are not only familiar with China and its culture, but also have a good command of the Chinese language so that they can play a key role in Sino-French and Sino-European exchanges within companies, law firms and public authorities. It also provides them with the varied and complementary tools they need to become specialist players for both European and Chinese companies and public authorities.
Targeted professions: legal advisor to companies operating internationally, in-house lawyer, international business lawyer, legal advisor to international or European organisations, consultant, administrative and legal executive responsible for external relations with Asia, commercial contract manager.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Master's 1 in law or equivalent degree

LEARNING AND RESEARCH
The placement report or dissertation written by the student at the end of the placement must be part of a research problem. Only the dissertation is defended in front of a jury made up of at least two members of the teaching staff.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
* Mastering the fundamentals of Chinese business law
* Negotiate and draft legal acts in the Franco-Chinese and Sino-European business world
* Assisting, supporting and advising on setting up a business and/or investing in China
* Managing the protection of an entity's legal interests by mobilising the provisions and tools of Chinese business law
* Develop proficiency in the foreign language (Chinese and English)
* Develop knowledge in a professional context
* Ability to work in multicultural teams and international business.
INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
The work placement is an important part of the training and enables them to obtain 23 Crédits. The internship is preferably carried out in China, where students are immersed in the Chinese business world.

The teaching takes place in the form of lectures and seminars. Part of some courses are given in English or Chinese.
