The course is designed to prepare students for careers as lawyers in the retail sector, but also in consumer associations and government departments.   • INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS

    The students of the diploma are required to complete a training course in the field of competition and distribution law.

    The graduates of the Distribution-Competition course will be able to envisage an international mobility within the framework of the partnerships established by the Institute of Business Law (United States: Universities of Chicago Kent and Louisiana; Thailand: University of Thamassat etc.)

    The courses are given in the form of lectures or tutorials when they have a practical character. In either case, students are provided with a working document in advance to prepare them for the course. In this context, teachers may ask students to work in groups or in teams.
