AIMS
The Digital Business and Intellectual Property Law program aims to train business lawyers specializing in the protection and exploitation of innovative creations and the digital economy. It offers comprehensive, cross-disciplinary training in all areas of intellectual property (copyright, trademark law, patent law, designs and models, appellations of origin) and digital technology (e-commerce, domain names, hosting provider liability, personal data protection, cybersecurity, etc.). The master's program trains students in the application of legal standards in the context of innovation, where the law must address a wide range of implications in both economic relations (property, contracts, rights enforcement, liability) and civic relations (fundamental freedoms, security, access to information, privacy, and personal data protection).
