- Initial training - Continuing education
- 1 year
The course offers students the opportunity to acquire a high level of competence in the preparation, negotiation and awarding of public contracts as well as in the monitoring of their execution. Beyond that, the aim is to train students in the management of public economic intervention, whether it is to design and implement it or to ensure its follow-up. Students will also have the opportunity to acquire advisory and litigation skills in the various fields of public business law. In a global context requiring increased efficiency of public interventions, the training aims to train lawyers capable of responding to the ever-increasing demand for law from administrations and their partners.
Master 1 in law or equivalent degree. The possibility of entering the M2 after obtaining a diploma from the Institute of Political Studies or a Master I in a non-legal discipline is subject to an examination of the equivalence of the training.
It is recommended to have followed in-depth courses (accompanied by tutorials) in the law of administrative contracts, administrative litigation, territorial collectivities and public economic law. An opening in the field of private law or in business law is learnt.

Last year, in M2, I was able to do 7 months of internship in two different entities. Entering the world of work as an intern is not easy, but it was a real springboard for getting a job after my studies, increasing my skills and gaining autonomy. I even asked myself if I was in the right place, but I can answer today - September 15, working at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Officiers de Sapeurs-Pompiers (ENSOSP) as a public purchaser -: yes, I am in the right place. A good start to the transition to a fulfilled adult life.
