AIMS
The course offers an original global offer allowing the training of lawyers mastering public litigation in all its dimensions (national and European, administrative or constitutional). This versatility does not imply specialisation, with the emphasis on particular types of litigation (in urban planning, foreigners' law, public contract law, in particular) which are not all the subject of specific courses before the Master 2.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Master 1 in law, public or not, but also any equivalent degree subject to examination of the student's general level;The student's general level and the equivalence of the training courses followed during the previous course with the requirements of the discipline.
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
It is recommended to have followed courses in Administrative Litigation, Public Contracts Law, Urban Planning Law, European Litigation.

LEARNING AND RESEARCH
The Master's degree is supported by the Institut Louis Favoreu (IFL- GERJC). Students must produce an internship dissertation, consisting of an internship report and a dissertation on a subject related to public litigation.

The professional vocation of the course is reflected in the requirement of a professional internship, of a minimum duration of 8 weeks (in a lawyer's office, within the administrative jurisdiction, or in a litigation department of an administration)
