Professional bachelor's degree Tax accountant

The objective of the professional degree in tax accountancy is to train tax accountants for notarial offices. The tax accountant, a specialist in figures in the legal environment of the notary's office, has two main activities, both in general accounting and in notarial accounting. For the first, he/she manages the notary's office, pays expenses, accounts for invoices, makes social security declarations (URSSAF, RSI, etc.) and tax declarations (VAT, payment on account, etc.), and even manages personnel (drawing up employment contracts, hiring declarations, payroll, social security charges, etc.).

As for the second, he/she establishes the invoicing of acts and notary services. The tax accountant must master the legal, accounting and tax aspects, as his invoicing is the reflection of the act. He calculates the deed's emoluments, the emoluments of the formalities, the taxes and the disbursements.

Candidates for the course must have one of the following diplomas: BTS Notariat, BTS Comptabilité, 2nd year of a law degree, DUT GEA.

The motivation of the candidates for this training is particularly examined, as this specialisation conditions an immediate insertion into active life. An internship in the accounting or formalities department will also be taught.

The internship plays a very important role in this sandwich course; it is carried out in a regular manner and allows the student to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course while at the same time promoting his or her professional experience and knowledge.
