To achieve this, dedicated courses provide an introduction to the main legal themes, which will be explored in greater depth later on in the degree course. Tutorials in English (1st semester) and general culture - French language (1st and 2nd semesters) are reserved for students on this course. Some courses and activities are offered online.
Each year is made up of 2 semesters, to which are attached a certain number of ECTS credits (5 credits per semester) that students can validate as early as the preparatory year and retain when they move on to L1.At the end of this first year, to be admitted to L1, students must validate their course of study under one of the following two conditions:
- The annual averages of the twin BCCs are greater than or equal to 10/20,
- The annual average of one twin BCC is less than 10/20 but greater than or equal to 9/20, and the annual averages of the other twin BCCs are greater than or equal to 10/20.

Further studies
Once the preparatory year has been validated, students are expected to join the ranks of undergraduates in the first year. Students from the preparatory year then follow the classic bachelor's degree program, with the possibility of taking the L1 support option in the same way as other bachelor's students. All three years of the degree thus follow the same pattern.
Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Law can continue their studies with a Master's degree (2 years) in one of the Faculty's specializations.
