AIMS
The DESU in European Business Law - LL.M. in European Business Law is a course taught in English that allows international and French students to specialise in the field of European business law.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
- 4 years of law studies or a degree recognised as equivalent by the head of the DESU.
- Good knowledge of English.

KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
European institutions and comparative legal systems. European business law, including commercial law, company law, social law, competition law, tax law, European economic and trade policies, protection of fundamental rights in Europe.
Initiation or improvement in French language (two groups: beginner and advanced level).
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
Knowing the functioning of the European Institutions, acquiring a solid knowledge of European business law including competition rules, social norms, the fiscal environment, the principles and functioning of the single European market etc
