While he left his mark on the 20th century as head of government under the Popular Front and leader of the French Section of the Workers' International (SFIO), Léon Blum was also a member of the Conseil d'État for nearly 25 years, a writer and literary critic. On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of his birth, the Comité d'histoire du Conseil d'État et de la juridiction administrative is dedicating a colloquium to him on November 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., to retrace four major aspects of his work.
