As part of "La Nuit du droit", a national event launched in 2017 at the initiative of Laurent Fabius, President of the Constitutional Council, the Constitutional Council will offer debates and performances on October 4, 2022 on the theme: "War and the Law".
The evening, hosted by Thomas Sotto, will bring together great witnesses to reflect on the current situation and the new era of law that could open up after the tragedy of the war in Ukraine. Speakers will include: Robert Badinter, Karim Kahn, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Andriy Kostin, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Colonel François Heulard, Director of the Criminal Research Institute of the Gendarmerie Nationale and pianist Khatia Buniatishvili.
