The aim of this symposium is to provide an opportunity for teachers, lecturers, students, pedagogical advisors, student success coaches and those involved in the governance of various higher education establishments to discuss issues related to student diversity in a context of democratization. The symposium also aims to bring together higher education players involved in a variety of initiatives to support academic and educational success.
