On May 20, 2015, the European Commission adopted the second draft of the Insolvency Proceedings Regulation, the main aim of which was to consolidate the existing architecture - main and secondary proceedings - by erasing some of its imperfections, and to secure the system in the presence of groups of companies. Ten years on, the symposium organized as part of the work of the Jean Monnet EURINS Chair, in partnership with Trans Europe Experts, looks back on these years of application of Regulation (EU) 2015/848 with a view to taking stock of its instruments and the directions taken in cross-border insolvency with a view to its revision as of 2027. The aim of this event is to provide a forum for French voices to express themselves and be heard in their most singular form in the face of the changes that are taking place and the choices that the European Union will have to make as a global player. Between retrospective and prospective, the study focuses on the scope of the European Regulation, its rules of international and legislative jurisdiction, and the circulation of decisions within the European Union.
