Faced with the ecological crisis and the contemporary weakening of environmental law, this symposium proposes to reinterview administrative property law as an instrument for protecting nature. Public appropriation of nature, state ownership, uses and economic exploitation of natural areas: the classic concepts of the subject are confronted with the new demands of conservation, sustainability and consideration for future generations.
