Announcement Calenda 1162310
The doctoral seminar aims to encourage research by young scholars working on questions of institutionalization, or even re-institutionalization in international and European law, and in particular on the state, international organizations, global cities, regions, multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, trade unions, religious organizations, scientific institutions and/or any other form of institution (public, private or other) that is or should be involved in the adoption of international and European law and governed, in turn, by that law. In spring 2025, the theme of the seminar will be "The International Law of Regions". The seminar is open, on application, to doctoral students (and young post-docs) in international and European law, both public and private, working on institutional issues in the broadest sense.
