This one-day event reports on a comparative research project analyzing the issue of violence and harassment in the workplace in Belgium, France and Quebec, in the light of Convention 190 of the International Labour Organization (ILO). The aim is to examine the positive law in force and its translation into collective agreements. The aim is to determine the extent to which the social partners have taken up this issue, in order to identify best practices. Following the presentation and discussion of the project's findings, the social partners, who are ILO constituents, will be invited to speak on the contribution of Convention 190.
