The multidisciplinary project "PROFIL - La fabrique du procès filmé" focuses on images of and in trials. Here, for our fifth meeting, we turn to Argentina. For some of us, and for others, we're going to see images from the trials of the military junta, some archival, some fictional, and some evidence of the crimes committed by the Argentine dictatorship. Fifty years after the coup d'état, we unearth traces of the crimes committed, traces of the judicial event and the words of witnesses. We're continuing our work on the visual aspect of writing history, using images as evidence, trial films and filmed trials.
