AIMS
The “Justice, Trials, and Procedures” programme aims to train Master's level (first year) students in all national, European, and international aspects of civil procedure, criminal procedure, and administrative litigation, which they will further develop in the dedicated Master's second-year tracks.
The programme also prepares students for judicial practice through courtroom simulations and seminars led by legal professionals. Procedural aspects of fundamental rights, proceedings before European courts, as well as arbitration and mediation, are also fully addressed and not overlooked.

FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Admission to the “Justice, Trials, and Procedures” programme is subject to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification. Applicants apply via the monmaster.gouv.fr platform for direct entry into the first year of the Master's programme (M1) in the chosen track.
Nationals of certain countries are subject to a specific application procedure via the “Études en France” platform.

The “Justice, Trials, and Procedures” programme comprises four tracks, which are accessible from the first year of the Master's degree via the Mon Master platform:
- Economic litigation, médiation and arbitration
- Law and practice of public litigation
- Justices and procedural law ( (opening à la rentr´e universitaire 2025)

LEARNING AND RESEARCH
The Master's first year (Master 1) is open to students in initial training or continuing education (with no adjusted timetable). It includes lectures, tutorials, conferences, and practical simulation exercises held at the Aix-en-Provence campus of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
The Master's second year (Master 2) is also open to students in initial training or continuing education (with no adjusted timetable). The tracks “Judicial Officer and Judicial Professions” and “Economic Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration” are available through work-study programmes.
