Master of Justice, Trials and Procedures - Public Litigation Law and Practice specialization

The Master's program (M2) offers an original and comprehensive curriculum designed to train legal professionals with a strong command of public litigation in all its dimensions. While emphasizing versatility, the program also ensures specialization by highlighting specific areas of litigation (such as urban planning law, immigration law, public service law, public contracts, etc.).

It prepares students for careers in public law and public litigation, including public law attorney, public sector professional (within local authorities or state administration), administrative judge, and more.

Master's 1 in law, public or otherwise, but also any equivalent degree subject to examination of the student's general level and the equivalence of the training received during the previous course with the requirements of the discipline.

It is recommended that you have taken courses in Administrative Litigation, Public Contracts Law, Town Planning Law, European Litigation.

The Master's program is affiliated with the Louis Favoreu Institute. Students are required to produce, on the one hand, a dissertation, and on the other hand, a report on their professional experience (internship or apprenticeship).

The professional vocation of the course is reflected in the requirement for a professional internship, of a minimum duration of 8 weeks (in a law firm, within the administrative jurisdiction, or in a litigation department of an administration)
