The summer school aims to provide tools for analyzing the ways in which law is made, which can feed an interdisciplinary dialogue. It will analyze the formation of rights in an exchange with specialists in the field from many countries (Germany, Canada, France, Italy). It will multiply pedagogical formats (presentations, exchanges, mentoring, preparation of podcast episodes or exhibitions) to facilitate exchange and deepening of the theme.
