The University of Caen Normandie welcomes Professor Jean-Bernard Auby, on the occasion of the publication of his book The Future of Administrative Law. The contributions in this book, from a wide range of international authors, review these developments and consider those that are likely to occur in the future in the light of current tensions and changes (digital technology, budgetary constraints), in the hope of providing some useful ideas on the future of administrative law for academic analysis and perhaps, beyond that, for the public debate.
