2 Summary list of required documents (via 2 PDF files)
All applications for publication assistance submitted to the Institute must include:
- the complete manuscript of the work (in electronic format, PDF),
- a description of the publication, an abstract of the work, and the table of contents (summary) of the work,
- the agreement with a publisher as well as the publication estimate,
- a profile of the researchers involved in the publication project,
- an administrative and financial information form.
These documents must be prepared with the utmost care; otherwise, the applications will not be reviewed by the Institute’s Scientific Council. Any other documents deemed relevant may be attached to support the application.
The application must be submitted electronically, consisting of two files (a PDF of the typescript and a PDF containing all other application materials)
