This colloquium brings together contributions that address the relationship between global health and science, health diplomacy in the context of globalization, and the evolution of health security policy. It is also interested in the position of scientific experts who decide to reformulate the contents of their conclusions in order to make them compatible with the ends pursued by certain organizations. This colloquium focuses on the role of ethics in the elaboration of scientific work, on the reflections raised by the last sanitary crises on preparedness, "emblem of the XXIst sanitary year" by underlining the limits of the domestication of epidemics.
