Online 18 11 2021 - Conference on 02 12 2021 - Registration until 30 11 2021

The conference "Handicaps, accessibility and responsibility" is the second scientific event organised within the framework of the HandiDroit project ("Handicap, droit et responsabilité : Le droit de la responsabilité des personnes publiques à l'épreuve du handicap"), under the responsibility of Philippine Lohéac-Derboulle, lecturer in public law at the University of Angers (CJB). It proposes to reflect on the difficulties linked to the accessibility of public buildings, public jobs and public services (justice, education, health) likely to be encountered by disabled persons as well as on the consequences that must be drawn from this in terms of the responsibility of the public persons concerned (i.e. the State, public hospitals and local authorities).
