Each year, the association Droit et Commerce relocates its national conference to the provinces and dedicates it to "The prevention of business difficulties".
The organization, this year, of these conferences at the Faculty of Law of Nancy is the opportunity to focus on the regulations and practices applied in the Grand Est region by conducting a comparative study between French law, Luxembourg law, but also the specificities of the departments of Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin and Moselle. Academics and practitioners will be brought together to share their expertise and compare their points of view.
