(...) launch of the fourth edition of the interdisciplinary summer school on human rights, to be held August 26–30, 2026, at the Gilbernie Farm (Noirétable, 42440) on the theme: “Judicial Review: A Guarantee for Rights and Freedoms?”
This school, intended for doctoral students, offers an opportunity for reflection, training, and in-depth exploration of the various dimensions of judicial review as a means of protecting fundamental rights, from theoretical, methodological, and practical perspectives.
