The University of Caen Normandie's Master 2 in Insurance Law, specializing in personal insurance and bodily injury, is pleased to present its annual colloquium entitled "L'indemnisation des préjudices dans la sphère professionnelle" ("Injury compensation in the professional sphere").
The professional sphere raises many questions about the recognition and compensation of injuries suffered by employees, the self-employed and employers. Work-related accidents, mental health problems and loss of income are just some of the issues that continue to fuel doctrinal reflection.
This symposium aims to shed light on these issues through a multidisciplinary approach, combining academic and practical perspectives. Lecturers, judges, lawyers and healthcare professionals will combine their views to analyze the evolutions and limits of the current compensation system.
