The Center for the Study of Modern and Contemporary Worlds (CEMMC) and the Time, Worlds, Societies (TEMOS) Research Group are joining forces to organize a seminar on maritime history titled:MARHIS: The Maritime World—Approaches, Resources, Historiography, Investigations, Synthesis. Co-organized by Caroline Le Mao and Hélène Vu Thanh, this monthly seminar aims to discuss issues related to the maritime world from a multidisciplinary and transperiodic perspective.

The seminar will be held via video conference on Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is open to faculty members, researchers, doctoral students, and master’s students.
