Since the extension of MAP to all women in 2021, questions of access, equity and legal recognition remain at the heart of bioethical debates. This meeting brings together jurists, sociologists, doctors and representatives of associations to examine the medical, social and legal criteria that today determine who can or cannot access medically assisted reproduction. Through a variety of perspectives, it invites the public to consider a fundamental question: who decides who can become a parent?
