The African Association of Procedural Law (AADP), founded in October 2024, brings together academics, researchers, and practitioners specializing in various branches of procedural law. The AADP is organizing its second international conference on new trends in procedural law in French-speaking African countries, to be held in Brazzaville from July 23 to 25, 2026; with the aim of contributing to the advancement of legal theory and fostering dialogue between researchers and practitioners across the African continent.
